摘要
目的:分析评估接受口腔修复治疗的患者于后期修复中选用高频电刀取得的恢复效果。方法:以2020年1月~2020年12月接受口腔修复的患者作为研究对象,入组对象共计72例,以随机数字表法将其均分为两组,分别设定为对照组、观察组,对照组于后期口腔修复中应用常规方法,观察组于后期口腔修复中采取高频电刀修复,对比两组患者口腔修复有效率、并发症发生率、修复效果和满意度。结果:观察组口腔修复有效率明显高于对照组,组间数值对比差异显著,P<0.05;相较于对照组,观察组口腔修复后并发症发生率较低,对比具有明显差异,P<0.05;观察组牙齿功能、牙龈外观、牙龈色泽评分均高于对照组,总评分也远高于对照组,对比具有明显差异,P<0.05;与对照组相比,观察组患者对于口腔修复的满意度评分均较高,对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论:口腔修复治疗患者于后期修复中应用高频电刀具有较高的安全性以及可靠性,在改善患者临床症状的同时可提高牙齿功能恢复效果,可有效预防并发症,取得的修复效果得到了患者认可以及肯定。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the recovery effect of high-frequency electrotome in patients undergoing prosthodontics.Methods:A total of 72 patients who received oral prosthodontics from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.They were respectively set as control group and observation group.The former used conventional methods in the later oral prosthodontics,and the latter used high-frequency electrotome in the later oral prosthodontics.The oral prosthodontics efficiency,complication rate,prosthodontics effect,and Satisfaction.Results:The effective rate of oral repair in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications after prosthodontics in the observation group was lower,and there was significant difference in the parameters(P<0.05);The scores of tooth function,gingival appearance and gingival color in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total score was also much higher than that in the control group.The comparison results of the parameters obtained showed that P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction scores for oral repair,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-frequency electrotome in patients undergoing prosthodontics has high safety and reliability.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve the effect of tooth function recovery,and can effectively prevent complications.The restoration effect has been recognized and affirmed by patients,and has high reference and promotion value in clinical practice.
