摘要
目的:观察冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病应用CT心脏成像技术诊断的效果。方法:选取本科室57例疑似冠心病患者,选取时间为2019年1月~2020年1月,均行冠状动脉造影检查与CT冠状动脉成像技术检查,对两种检查方法在左前降支、左主干支、右冠状动脉及左回旋支中的检查结果进行对比。结果:通过对冠脉造影与CT检查结果在疑似冠心病患者诊断中应用,结果显示冠脉造影检查中,左前降支检出率为47.37%、左主干支检出率为7.02%、右冠状动脉检出率为15.79%、左回旋支检出率为19.30%,而CT检查中各指标检出率分别为50.88%、8.77%、19.30%、21.05%,显示CT检查略优于冠脉造影检查,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在冠心病诊断中,冠状动脉造影检查与CT冠状动脉成像检查诊断效果均比较理想,但由于CT冠状动脉成像技术具有操作方法简单、有效的优势,且CT检查费用相对较低,患者更容易接受,因此在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中有更高的应用价值。
Objective:To observe the diagnostic effect of CT cardiac imaging technology in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods:Select 57 patients with suspected coronary heart disease in the undergraduate room.The selection time is from January 2019 to January 2020.Coronary angiography and CT coronary artery imaging technology were performed.The two inspection methods are in the left anterior descending branch and left main branch,The right coronary artery and the left circumflex artery examination results were compared.Results:Through the application of coronary angiography and CT examination results in the diagnosis of patients with suspected coronary heart disease,the results showed that the detection rate of the left anterior descending artery was 47.37%,the detection rate of the left main branch was 7.02%,and the detection rate of the right coronary artery was 47.37%.The detection rate was 15.79%,and the detection rate of left circumflex branch was 19.30%.The detection rates of various indicators in CT examination were 50.88%,8.77%,19.30%,and 21.05%,respectively,showing that CT examination is slightly better than coronary angiography.But the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,the diagnostic effects of coronary angiography and CT coronary artery imaging are relatively ideal,but because CT coronary artery imaging technology has the advantages of simple and effective operation,and the relatively low cost of CT examination,patients are more likely to accept.Therefore,it has higher application value in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.
