摘要
分析了盐酸脱吸装置冷凝水排放现状及存在的问题,通过对冷凝水排放管道进行改造,合理利用了冷凝水能量,减少了设备检维修工作量,保障了生产的安全、稳定运行。
The status of condensate water discharge from the hydrochloric acid desorption device were analyzed as well as the problems existed.Through transforming the condensate water discharge pipelines,the energy of condensate water was rationally utilized,the workload of equipment inspection and maintenance were reduced,and the safe and stable production was guaranteed.
