摘要
利用水热法制备Cu^(2+)及Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)共掺杂的磷酸铋基复合光催化材料。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等进行表征。以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,研究Cu^(2+-)掺杂及Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)共掺杂BiPO_(4)的复合催化剂光催化活性。结果表明,掺杂改性后的催化剂催化降解率明显增高:其中Cu^(2+)掺杂降解率为90%,Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)掺杂降解率为95%。
Cu^(2+)prepared by hydrothermal method and Cu^(2+)and Zn^(2+)doped bismuth phosphate matrix composite photocatalytic materials.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)were used for characterization.The photocatalytic activity of Cu^(2+)doped and Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)co-doped BiPO_(4) composite catalysts was studied with methylene blue as the target degradation material.The results showed that the doping modification of catalyst degradation rate increased obviously,Cu^(2+)doping the degradation rate was 90%,Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)doped degradation rate was 95%.
