混凝土预制管桩静压沉桩施工技术分析 被引量:3

摘要 为提高管桩施工的稳定性与安全性,文中介绍了一种采用静压法的混凝土管桩沉桩施工技术。结合工程基本情况、地质条件及建设指标,分析静压沉桩的受力情况。采用静压沉桩,对预制管桩进行接桩、送桩、截桩处理,完成混凝土静压沉桩施工,并进行静荷载试验。结果显示,在静荷载施加到4600kN时,桩顶的总沉降量分别为2.01mm、4.79mm、2.14mm,均低于标准沉降值40mm。预制桩1、3的极限承载力均大于4600kN,预制桩2的极限承载力为4500kN,三组预制桩的极限承载力均大于施工要求的2000kN,施工质量均合格。由此表明,本文研究的静压沉桩施工技术具有可行性与稳定性,为房建工程中的预制管桩施工提供了一种沉桩技术作为参考。 In order to improve the stability and safety of pipe pile construction, a concrete pipe pile sinking construction technique using static pressure method is studied. First determine the basic situation, land geology and construction index to lay the foundation for the construction of the static pipe pile;then analyze the stress of the static pipe pile to provide theoretical basis for the construction of the static pipe pile, such as the line positioning, commissioning the operation parameters, and complete the construction of concrete static pile sinking.In order to test the construction quality, the static load test was designed. The results show that when the static load is applied to 4600kN,the total settlement of the pile top was 2.01mm, 4.79mm, 2.14mm, which is lower than the standard settlement value of 40mm. The ultimate bearing capacity of precast piles 1 and 3 is greater than 4600kN, theultimate bearing capacity of precast pile 2 is 4500kN, the ultimate bearing capacity of three groups of precast piles is greater than 2000kN required by construction, and the construction quality is qualified. It shows that the static pressure pile sinking construction technique studied in this paper is feasible and stable, which can provide a reference for the prefabricated pipe pile construction in the housing construction engineering.
