摘要
目的总结急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者患病的真实体验,为制定科学的临床护理决策和实施护理干预提供依据,为更好地提升患者的生活质量提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Web of Science、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library等中英文数据库,筛选所有关于AMI患者患病真实体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年12月。采用JBI循证卫生保健中心2016版质性研究质量评价标准对纳入的文献进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合法对结果进行归纳和整合。结果最终共纳入9篇研究,提取26个研究结果,归纳为8个类别,概括为3个结果:①AMI患者对罹患AMI的身心感受;②AMI患者在治疗和康复过程中的态度和疑问;③AMI患者回归社会生活遇到的困难和调整方法。结论AMI患者在发病时和治疗中会产生复杂的心理反应,医护人员应加强对AMI症状的识别和患者负性情绪的疏导,以提供针对性的护理策略,减轻患者的心理负担,帮助其提高生活质量,重建社会生活。
Objective To summarize the real experiences of patients with acute myocardial infarction,to provide an evidence-based basis for making scientific clinical care decisions and implementing nursing interventions,and to provide a reference for better improving patients'quality of life.Methods Computer search of Chinese and English databases such as China Knowledge Network,Wan fang database,VIP,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,etc.were conducted to retrieve all qualitative studies on the real experience of patients with AMI,and the search time frame was from the time of database creation to December 2021.The search was conducted until December 2021.The included literature was evaluated for quality using the JBI Center for Evidence-Based Health Care 2016 version of the qualitative evaluation tool,and the results were summarized and integrated using the pooled integration method.Results A total of 9 studies were eventually included,and 26 findings were distilled and grouped into 8 categories,which were summarized into 3 integrated findings:i)physical and psychological feelings of AMI patients about having AMI;ii)attitudes and questions during AMI treatment and recovery;and iii)difficulties and adjustments encountered by AMI patients returning to social life.Conclusions Acute myocardial patients have complex psychological reactions during the occurrence and prognosis of myocardial infarction,and health care professionals should strengthen the identification of symptoms and the relief of negative emotions in infarction patients in order to provide targeted care strategies to help them return to re-establish their social life and gradually improve their quality of life.
