摘要
为了解阿克苏地区4个规模化养殖场感染猪圆环病毒3型(PCV3)的情况,在2020—2021年间,根据生产阶段采集了该猪场能繁母猪、仔猪和育肥猪共584份全血样本,利用PCR方法,检测猪圆环病毒3型。结果表明:PCV3平均阳性率为7.53%(44/584),其中繁育猪场平均阳性率14.07%(19/135),育肥猪场平均阳性率5.57%(25/449);能繁母猪、仔猪和育肥猪的阳性率分别为9.09%(5/55)、17.50%(14/80)和5.57%(25/449)。说明阿克苏地区部分规模化猪场存在PCV3感染,且繁育场猪比育肥场猪感染率更高。
In order to understand the infection situation of porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3)in four large-scale farms in Aksu area,a total of 584 whole blood samples from reproductive sows,piglets and fattening pigs were collected from the farms according to the production stage in 2020 and 2021,and porcine circovirus type 3 was detected by PCR method.The results showed that the average positive rate of PCV3 was 7.53%(44/584),in which the average positive rate of breeding pig farms was 14.07%(19/135),and the average positive rate of fattening pig farms was 5.57%(25/449);the positive rates of reproductive sows,piglets and fattening pigs were 9.09%(5/55),17.50%(14/80)and 5.57%(25/449),respectively.This indicates that PCV3 infection exists in some large-scale pig farms in Aksu area,and the infection rate of pigs in breeding farms is higher than that in fattening farms.
