摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)联合含氧生长因子冲洗在下肢慢性溃疡治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2022年3月金华市第五医院收治的57例下肢慢性溃疡患者的临床资料,依据冲洗液不同将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=27)。两组患者均给予创面清创及全身治疗,并使用VSD。观察组患者采用含氧生长因子溶液冲洗,对照组患者采用生理盐水冲洗。比较两组患者的VSD治疗时间、溃疡面治疗有效率、皮肤移植存活优良率。结果观察组患者的VSD治疗时间显著短于对照组[(9.47±2.45)d vs(13.50±4.63)d,P<0.05];观察组患者的溃疡面治疗有效率显著高于对照组(86.7%vs 59.3%,P<0.05);观察组患者的皮肤移植存活优良率显著高于对照组(80.0%vs 51.9%,P<0.05)。结论VSD联合含氧生长因子溶液冲洗治疗下肢慢性溃疡临床效果满意,可缩短治疗时间,提高溃疡面治疗有效率和皮肤移植存活率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with oxygen-containing growth factor irrigation in the treatment of chronic leg ulcer.Methods The clinical data of 57 patients with chronic leg ulcer admitted to Jinhua Fifth Hospital from March 2017 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,according to different irrigation solutions,they were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=27).Both groups received wound debridement and systemic treatment,and used VSD.Observation group was rinsed with oxygen-containing growth factor and control group was rinsed with normal saline.The VSD treatment time,effective rate of ulcerative surface treatment and survival rate of skin graft were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of VSD treatment in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group[(9.47±2.45)d vs(13.50±4.63)d,P<0.05].The effective rate of ulcer surface treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(86.7%vs 59.3%,P<0.05).The survival rate of skin graft in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(80.0%vs 51.9%,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of VSD combined with oxygen-containing fibroblast growth factor irrigation in the treatment of chronic leg ulcer is satisfactory,which can shorten the treatment time,improve the treatment efficiency of ulcer surface,and improve the survival rate of skin transplantation.
