摘要
零位清零是检验检测设备使用过程中的首要操作步骤。实验员需注意零位清零的正确操作方法。液压油泵下置的万能试验机由于结构的特殊性,其横梁自重往往会影响零位清零操作是否正确,可能给检测数据带来一定误差,从而导致对检测结果造成误判。
Zero clearing is the first operation step in the use of inspection and detection equipment. The experimenter should pay attention to the correct operation method of zero clearing. In particular,for the universal testing machine under the hydraulic oil pump,due to the particularity of its structure,the weight of its beam often affects whether the zero clearing operation is correct,which may bring certain errors to the test data,resulting in misjudgments of the test results.
