摘要
水表检定装置在实际应用中受外部环境因素和设备本身原因影响会使测量数据产生误差。目前水表检定装置普遍采用不锈钢为原材料制作而成,经过长时间使用会出现一些问题,对水表检定工作开展带来不利影响。本文主要根据JJG 1113—2015《水表检定装置》检定规程,结合本单位在用的质量法水表检定装置,探讨质量法水表检定装置的最小用水量,以及装置中衡器配置及计量性能对检定结果的影响,以完善水表检定装置。
In the actual application process,the water meter verification device will produce measurement data errors due to external environmental factors and the equipment itself. At present,the water meter verification device is generally made of stainless steel. Some problems will occur in the long running process,which will adversely affect the water meter verification work. According to the verification regulation of JJG 1113—2015 Verification Facility for Water Meters,combined with the quality method water meter verification device in use,this paper discusses the minimum water consumption of the quality method water meter verification device,as well as the influence of the weighing instrument configuration and measurement performance of the device on the verification results,so as to improve the water meter verification device.
