摘要
传统聚落的更新活化近年来备受关注,聚落内重点公共空间的改造质量对居民的生产生活质量有非常大的影响。小寨作为云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州境内拥有丰富水资源的村落,温泉远近驰名,但因没有系统的规划,村落逐渐衰败。近年来,小寨试图利用自身优势规划文化旅游发展,重新激发村庄活力,带动区域经济。2018年,总投资约为3.1亿的小寨民俗文化特色旅游小镇建筑项目正式启动,规划后首先改建了多年来村民喜爱的集洗浴、公共活动为一体的温泉广场公共活动空间,改造后的效果与村民的使用感受至关重要。文章通过对温泉广场改造前后的空间形态、使用功能以及居民对场地的使用时间等做分析研究,以期对传统聚落公共空间的改造和更新以及小寨村后续规划项目提供借鉴与思路。
The renewal and activation of traditional settlements has attracted much attention in recent years.The quality of reconstruction of key public spaces in settlements has a great impact on the production and life quality of residents.As a village with rich water resources in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province,Xiaozhai is famous for its hot springs.However,due to the lack of systematic planning,the village gradually declined.In recent years,Xiaozhai has tried to make use of its own advantages to plan the development of cultural tourism,re-energize the village and drive the regional economy.In 2018,the construction project of Xiaozhai Folk culture characteristic tourism town with a total investment of about 310 million yuan was officially launched.After planning,the public activity space of hot spring square,which has been loved by villagers for years and integrates bathing and public activities,was rebuilt first.The effect of the transformation is crucial to the villagers'use experience.This paper analyzes and studies the spatial form,use function and residents'use time of hot spring square before and after the reconstruction,in order to provide reference and ideas for the reconstruction and renewal of traditional settlement public space and the subsequent planning projects of Xiaozhai Village.
