重油催化裂解制低碳烯烃工艺技术研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 综述了国内外重油催化裂解工艺技术的研究进展,总结了重油催化裂解工艺技术的特点,指出现有技术存在的主要问题是:重油提升管、密相流化床或快速床的反应温度和反应时间无法独立控制,采用同一种催化剂很难满足重油裂化和汽油柴油二次裂化的需要,适用于提升管反应的多产乙烯催化剂还未有明显的突破性进展。展望了未来的研究方向。 Heavy oil catalytic pyrolysis process technology at home and abroad was reviewed.The characteristics of heavy oil catalytic pyrolysis technology were summarized.This paper points out that the main problems existing in the existing technology are:the reaction temperature and reaction time of heavy oil riser,dense phase fluidized bed or fast bed cannot be controlled independently;it is difficult to use the same catalyst to meet the needs of heavy oil cracking and gasoline and diesel cracking;the productive ethylene catalyst suitable for riser reaction has not been broken through obviously.The future research directions are prospected.
