摘要
游客网络搜索行为和评论数据能在一定程度上反映潜在游客行为和旅游地形象感知。以广西巴马瑶族自治县为研究对象,采用网络文本分析方法研究游客对巴马康养旅游目的地形象的感知。结果表明:“溶洞”“空气”“钟乳石”“天然”“负氧离子”“长寿”“百岁老人”是游客对巴马康养旅游目的地的基本感知;游客对巴马康养旅游的情感认知以积极情感为主,消极情绪主要体现在巴马景区的交通、景区门票、交通设施和旅游安全方面;巴马康养旅游目的地感知形象语义网络图呈现“中心-次中心-外围”的圈层结构。基于研究结果,提出了加强科学研究,进一步创新康养旅游产品,除老年康养旅游产品外,丰富针对亚健康、中青年游客的康养旅游产品;完善康养旅游服务设施,引入国内外知名的康养旅游品牌和企业,提升康养旅游品质;积极塑造和维护“长寿巴马,养生福地”形象;避免门票经济和过度商业化,注重保护居民的合法利益的对策,以此来提升巴马瑶族自治县康养旅游形象。
In the Internet age,the retrieval of many tourism network data can reflect the behavior of potential tourists and the perception of tourism destination image to a certain extent.Taking Bama Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi as the research object,this paper studies the tourists'perception of Bama health tourism destination image through the network text analysis method.The research results show that"karst cave","air","stalactite","natural","negative oxygen ion","longevity"and"centenarian"are the basic perceptions of tourists to Bama health tourism destination;Tourists'emotional cognition of Bama health tourism is dominated by positive emotions,and negative emotions are mainly reflected in the transportation,admission tickets,transportation facilities and tourism safety of Bama scenic area;The semantic network diagram of the perceived image of Bama health tourism destination presents a circle structure of"center sub center periphery".Based on the research results,the paper proposes that①scientific research should be strengthened to further innovate health tourism products.In addition to elderly health tourism products,it enriches the health tourism products targeting sub-health and young and middle-aged tourists.②the health tourism service facilities should be improved to introduce well-known health tourism brands and enterprises at home and abroad,and improve the quality of health tourism.③the image of"longevity Baya as well as health and welfare land"should be actively shaped and maintained.Ticket economy and over-commercialization should be avoided to protect residents’legitimate interests.Therefore,the health tourism image of Bama Yao Autonomous County can be enhanced.
