摘要
使用5种不同浓度菌根菌肥料对白皮松容器苗开展试验,研究了在不同浓度菌根菌处理下白皮松容器苗的生长指标和生理指标。结果表明:不同浓度的菌根菌肥料对白皮松一年生容器苗的生长均有一定促进作用,施入NEB菌根菌6个月后,苗高、地径、苗木高径比、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量伴随处理浓度的提高逐渐上升,其中苗高、地径、苗木高径比、一年生苗木鲜重差异显著,各处理间叶绿素含量伴随处理浓度的提高逐渐上升,差异显著。是否施肥对根系活力和可溶性糖含量的影响较为显著。浓度对根系活力和可溶性糖含量影响不明显。采用200 mg/L浓度的菌根菌肥料效果最佳。
Five different concentrations of mycorrhizal fertilizer were used to carry out experiments on container seedlings of Pinus bungeana,and the growth and physiological indexes of container seedlings of Pinus bungeana under different concentrations of mycorrhizal fertilizer were studied.The results showed that mycorrhizal fertilizer with different concentrations had a certain promoting effect on the growth of 1-year-old container seedlings of Pinus bungeana.Six months after the application of NEB mycorrhizal fungi,the seedling height,ground diameter,seedling height-diameter ratio,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content gradually increased with the increase of treatment concentration.Among them,the differences in seedling height,ground diameter,seedling height-diameter ratio and 1-year-old seedling fresh weight were significant.The chlorophyll content gradually increased with the increase of treatment concentration,and the differences were significant.The effect of fertilization on root activity and soluble sugar content was obvious.The concentration had no significant effect on root activity and soluble sugar content.The effect of 200 mg/L mycorrhizal fertilizer was the best.
