超柔软无规共聚纤维料的开发

摘要 结合现有Spheripol工艺的一代聚丙烯环管反应器,开发生产超柔软无规共聚纤维专用料HF40R。论述开发该产品的生产难点、生产过程以及功能降解剂添加与熔融指数变化关系,研究该专用料生产过程参数、工艺技术线路,优化工艺生产参数,严控工业化产品指标、过程工艺条件控制和产品试用结果等。结果表明:专用料HF40R与国内其他同类产品比较,其经济性及性能指标均满足加工需求。 Combined with the first generation Polypropylene Loop Reactor with the existing Spheripol process,the special material HF40R for ultra soft random copolymer fiber was developed and produced.The production difficulties,production process and the relationship between the addition of functional degradation agent and the change of melt index were discussed.The production process parameters and process technology circuit of the special material were studied,the process production parameters were optimized,and the industrial product indicators,process technology condition control and product trial results were strictly controlled.The results showed that compared with other similar products in China,the special material HF40R met the processing requirements in economy and performance.
