摘要
基于海洋钢构的涂料防腐和阴极保护防腐的原理,通过对海洋钢构防腐整体采用漆层阴极保护的方法,建立了海洋钢构双重阴极保护防腐模型,并通过模拟实验研究了双重阴极保护对于提高海洋钢构防护效果的作用。结果表明:双重阴极保护下的防腐体系比单阴极保护下的防腐体系的耐老化时间得到了延长,能够显著提高海洋钢构整体防腐体系的生命周期。研究结果对于进一步提高海洋钢构防腐技术水平,推动海洋工程装备技术发展有着一定的现实意义。
Based on the principle of anticorrosive coating protection and cathodic protection of marine steel structures,the dual cathodic protection model of marine steel structures was established by using the method of coating cathodic protection,and then the role of dual cathodic protection in improving the protection effect of marine steel structures was studied through simulation experiments.The results showed that the anti-aging time under dual cathodic protection was longer than that under single cathodic protection,which could significantly improve the life of the overall anti-corrosion system of marine steel structures.The research results have certain practical significance for further improving the anti-corrosion technology level of marine steel structures and promoting the development of marine engineering equipment.
