摘要
目的:采用网络药理学研究方法探讨金铃子散治疗附睾炎的作用机制。方法:从TCMSP数据库按照OB≥30%和类药性DL≥0.18筛选活性成分,并通过文献检索补充活性成分并预测其相关靶点,然后与附睾炎疾病靶点相融合,进一步筛选潜在治疗靶点,探讨其机制。结果:通过成分靶点与疾病靶点融合,对交集靶点进行蛋白质相互关系网络的构建,得到86个相互作用靶点。GO分析结果显示,金铃子散主要影响细胞组成、生物途径和分子功能。KEGG通路富集分析显示,52个潜在治疗靶点参与到细胞因子-细胞因子受体相互作用,以及钙信号通路、Jak-STAT信号通路和凋亡等15条信号通路。结论:金铃子散可能主要通过调控炎症反应、凋亡等信号通路对附睾炎起到治疗作用。
Objective:To explore the potential mechanism of Jinlingzi powder in the treatment of epididymitis by network pharmacology.Methods:The active compounds were screened from TCMSP database according to OB≥30%and DL≥0.18.Besides,the active ingredients were supplemented by literature search and their related targets were also predicted.Then the potential therapeutic targets were achieved by merging with epididymitis disease targets to explore the mechanisms.Results:Through the fusion of component and disease targets,the intersecting targets were utilized to construct protein-protein interaction network,and 86interaction targets were obtained.GO analysis showed that Jinlingzi powder mainly affected cell composition,biological pathway and molecular function.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed that 52potential therapeutic targets were involved in Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction;Calcium signaling pathway;Jak-STAT signaling pathway;Apoptosis and other pathways.Conclusion:Jinlingzi powder may play a therapeutic role in epididymitis by regulating inflammatory response and apoptotic signaling pathways.
