摘要
黄胖病在现代医学范畴中被归为钩虫病、贫血及脾胃虚损性疾患。古代医籍文献中对于黄胖病的记载极为丰富,但在病名问题上,与黄疸、虚劳等病存在诸多混淆,需探寻黄胖的相关古病名及病名间的演变规律。通过搜集与梳理历代医籍文献,理清古代各医家对于黄胖病因病机的认知,总结其治疗原则和方法。可以丰富和完善学界对黄胖病发生发展的认识,对现代治疗积滞、钩虫病、贫血等虚损性疾病也有一定的临床意义。
Ancylostomiasis is classifi ed as a hookworm disease,anemia or a disease with the syndrome of spleen and stomach defi ciency in modern medicine.Although it is abundantly recorded in ancient medical literature,there is plenty of confusion about it and jaundice,ascetic fatigue and other diseases in terms of disease name,so it is necessary to explore the related ancient names of ancylostomiasis and their evolution laws.By collecting and sorting out the medical books and documents in the past dynasties,this paper means to clarify the ancient doctors'cognition on the etiology and pathogenesis of ancylostomiasis,and summarize its treatment principles and methods,expecting to enrich and improve the understanding about the occurrence and development of the disease in the academic circle,and to provide a reference for the modern clinical treatment of diseases with the syndrome of spleen and stomach defi ciency such as stagnation,hookworm disease and anemia.
