摘要
目的探讨个性化饮食管理结合针对性心理护理在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取254例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组127例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予个性化饮食管理结合针对性心理护理干预。比较两组负性情绪、并发症发生率、护理满意度情况。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化饮食管理结合针对性心理护理应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,可改善患者负性情绪,减少并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized diet management combined with targeted psychological nursing in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods A total of 254 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were selected as subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,127 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given personalized diet management combined with targeted psychological nursing intervention.Negative emotion,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized diet management combined with targeted psychological nursing in hypertensive patients during pregnancy can improve the negative emotions of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
