摘要
目的探讨与分析子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路相关蛋白的表达。方法选取72例子宫内膜异位症患者作为子宫内膜异位症组;另选取同期72例行妇科手术得到正常子宫内膜病理组织的患者作为对照组。采集两组子宫内膜上皮组织,采用免疫组化法检测mTOR信号通路相关蛋白表达水平并进行相关性分析。结果子宫内膜异位症组的子宫内膜上皮组织PI3K蛋白、AKT蛋白、mTOR蛋白表达阳性率分别为76.39%、72.22%、70.83%,明显高于对照组的18.06%、20.83%、22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性Spearsman分析显示:子宫内膜上皮组织PI3K蛋白、AKT蛋白、mTOR蛋白表达阳性率与子宫内膜异位症呈正相关(r=0.633、0.597、0.601,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者的子宫内膜上皮组织mTOR信号通路相关蛋白呈现高表达状况,PI3K蛋白、AKT蛋白、mTOR蛋白表达阳性率与子宫内膜异位症的发生存在相关性。
Objective To investigate and analyze the expression of target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling pathway related proteins in endometriosis(EMs)patients.Methods 72 patients with endometriosis were selected as endometriosis group.In addition,72 patients with normal endometrial pathological tissue obtained by gynecological surgery during the same period were selected as the control group.The endometrial epithelial tissues of the two groups were collected,and the expression levels of mTOR signaling pathway related proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry and the correlation was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of PI3K protein,AKT protein and mTOR protein in endometriosis group were 76.39%,72.22%and 70.83%,respectively,which were signifi cantly higher than those in control group(18.06%,20.83%and 22.22%),and the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation Spearsman analysis showed that the positive expressions of PI3K protein,AKT protein and mTOR protein in endometrial epithelial tissues were positively correlated with endometriosis(r=0.633,0.597,0.601,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of mTOR signal pathway related proteins in endometrial epithelium of patients with endometriosis is high.The positive rates of PI3K protein,AKT protein and mTOR protein are related to the occurrence of endometriosis.
