摘要
目的 观察择期剖宫产患者采取健康教育路径对护理质量的影响。方法 本文选取2021年9月至2022年9月收治的69例择期剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受联合健康教育路径。比较两组护理效果。结果 在护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分、VAS评分、SF-36量表评分比较没有差异(P> 0.05),在护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分、VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36量表评分高于对照组,护理质量高于对照组,产后出院时间低于对照组,择期剖宫产知识认知、手术依从性高于对照组,并发症低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 针对择期剖宫产患者采取健康教育路径,能够有效保障患者护理质量,有利于促进患者情绪的改善,使患者疼痛情况得以减轻,可降低患者并发症风险,提高患者手术依从性以及知识认知,进而起到提升患者生活质量的作用,促进患者早日出院。
Objective To observe the effect of health education path on nursing quality of patients undergoing elective cesarean section.Methods All 69 cases of cesarean section women admitted from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received health education path.Compare the effectiveness of care in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no difference between the two groups in SAS,SDS score,VAS score and SF-36 scale score(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS,SDS score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the SF-36 scale score was higher than that of the control group,the quality of nursing was higher than that of the control group,the time of discharge after delivery was lower than that of the control group,the knowledge of elective cesarean section and the compliance with surgery were higher than those of the control group,and the complications were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with elective cesarean section,the adoption of health education path can effectively guarantee the quality of patient care,promote the improvement of patients’ emotions,reduce the pain situation of patients,reduce the risk of complications,improve the patient’s operation compliance and knowledge cognition,thus play a role in improving the quality of life of patients,and promote the early discharge of patients.
