摘要
目的:分析马来酸氟伏沙明片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗抑郁障碍伴焦虑患者的效果。方法:选择2019年5月—2021年5月该院收治的98例抑郁障碍伴焦虑患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为常规组(n=49)和联合组(n=49)。常规组口服马来酸氟伏沙明片治疗,联合组在常规组基础上联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。比较两组临床疗效、焦虑和抑郁状况、神经功能因子水平[S100B蛋白、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、多巴胺(DA)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于常规组的77.55%(P<0.05)。治疗1、3、5周后,两组HAMD和HAMA评分低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组S100B、MBP、Hcy水平低于治疗前,BDNF、DA水平高于治疗前,且联合组S100B、MBP、Hcy水平低于常规组,BDNF、DA水平高于常规组(P<0.05);常规组和联合组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用马来酸氟伏沙明片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗抑郁障碍伴焦虑患者效果显著,可有效改善患者焦虑和抑郁状况和神经功能因子水平,且安全性较高。
Objective: To analyze the effect of fluvoxamine maleate tablets combined with Flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of patients with depression and anxiety. Methods: A total of 98 patients with depression and anxiety admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into routine group(n=49) and combined group(n=49) by random number table method. The conventional group was treated with fluvoxamine maleate tablets, and the combined group was treated with flupentixol melitracen on the basis of the conventional group. The clinical efficacy, anxiety and depression,nerve function factor levels [S100B protein, brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), myelin basic protein(MBP), homocysteine(Hcy), dopamine(DA) ] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.92%, which was higher than 77.55% of the conventional group(P<0.05). After 1, 3 and 5 weeks of treatment, HAMD and HAMA scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the combined group were lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of S100B, MBP and Hcy in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of BDNF and DA were higher than those before treatment;meanwhile, the levels of S100B, MBP and Hcy in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the levels of BDNF and DA were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the conventional group and the combined group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of fluvoxamine maleate tablets combined with flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of patients with depression and anxiety has obvious effect, can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients and the level of neurological function factors, and has high safety.
