摘要
粘胶短纤维的生产存在能耗高、污染重的特点,是国家环保重点关注的行业之一,实现粘胶短纤维的节能环保的可持续发展势在必行。本文主要以粘胶短纤维行业的绿色清洁生产作为目标,从其生产工艺出来,对粘胶短纤维生产过程中产生的废气、废水及废物进行了分析,从减排、节能、构筑产业链等方面对粘胶短纤维清洁生产进行了深入分析,这些措施可显著降低粘胶短纤维生产的耗电量,降低资源消耗,减少环境污染负荷,提高了企业竞争力。
The production of viscose staple fiber was one of the industries that the country payed attention to in environmental protection because of its characteristics of high energy consumption and heavy pollution.It was imperative to realize the sustainable development of energy conservation and environmental protection of viscose staple fiber.In this paper,the green and cleaner production of viscose staple fiber industry was taken as the target,and the waste gas,waste water and waste from the production process of viscose staple fiber were analyzed.The cleaner production of viscose staple fiber is analyzed from of emission reduction and energy saving and building an industrial chain.These measures could reduce the power consumption,the resource consumption,the load of environmental pollution and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
