摘要
钢渣是钢铁工业的副产物,是一种轻质多孔材料,其主要化学成分为氧化钙和氧化铁等金属氧化物,由于其具有良好的吸附性能常被用于废水中磷酸盐的吸附处理。本文综述了钢渣对于废水中磷酸盐的吸附机理,分别对物理吸附和化学吸附的条件进行了分析。钢渣物理吸附的主要影响条件为比表面积大小和孔隙率,化学吸附则主要受到溶液的pH、反应温度、初始溶液浓度等的影响,文中针对这些条件对钢渣吸附的优化改性进行了综述,罗列了五种不同的改性方式,从而达到更高的磷脱除率。本文针对钢渣废水处理方面的选择性和单一性的缺陷进行了展望,钢渣对于各种水体污染物的去除效果和去除机理有待进一步研究。
Steel slag is a by-product of iron and steel industry. It is a kind of light porous material, and its main chemical components are metal oxides such as calcium oxide and ferric oxide. Because of its good adsorption performance, it is often used for phosphate adsorption treatment in wastewater. The adsorption mechanism of phosphate in wastewater by steel slag is reviewed in this paper. The conditions of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption are analyzed respectively. Steel slag largely affected by physical adsorption conditions for size and porosity, specific surface area and chemical adsorption are mainly influenced by the solution pH, reaction temperature, the influence of the initial solution concentration, aimed at the optimization of these conditions on the steel slag adsorption modification is reviewed, lists five kinds of different ways of modification, so as to achieve higher phosphorus removal rate. In this paper, the defects of selectivity and singleness in steel slag wastewater treatment are prospected. The removal effect and mechanism of steel slag for various water pollutants need to be further studied.
