摘要
基于静电纺丝方法制备的纳米纤维膜因具有极高的比表面积和孔隙率及良好的生物相容性,在医用纺织材料领域的应用越来越广泛,相关材料的研究与开发也逐渐成为该领域的热点。在分析静电纺丝技术及纳米纤维膜特点的基础上,对近20年国内外有关创伤敷料的研究文献进行分析,重点阐述各类高分子材料在创伤敷料领域的应用,旨在为基于静电纺丝技术开发载药创伤敷料提供参考。
Nanofiber membranes prepared by electrospinning technology are widely used in the field of medical textile materials because of their extremely high specific surface area,porosity and good biocompatibility,and the research and development of related materials have gradually become a hot issue in this field.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of electrospinning technology and nanofiber membrane,the application of various polymer materials in the field of wound dressing is emphasized through the analysis of the research literature on wound dressing at home and abroad in the last twenty years,in order to provide reference for the development of drug-loaded wound dressing based on electrospinning technology.
