摘要
摇床在选矿领域可用于细粒矿物的高密度分选,在锡矿、金矿等选矿领域得到一定应用,摇床能够实现高密度分选主要依靠拜格诺剪切力与重力的复合作用力。基于摇床分选过程中颗粒受力分析推导,详细论述了颗粒在摇床作用过程中的分散、分层、分带的运动规律,剖析了摇床的分选过程。
The high-density separation of fine-grained minerals using a shaking table has the advantages of high separation accuracy.To give full play to the separation effect of the shaking table,it is necessary to combine the separation principle of the shaking table to select suitable working conditions.The analysis of particle force and motion during the selection process clearly depicts the reasons and effects of particle separation,and provides a theoretical basis for the parameter design,equipment selection,and mineral processing test design of the shaking table under different working conditions.effect.
