摘要
基于福清龙江公馆项目别墅结构施工的BIM技术应用实例。利用Revit软件,通过建立建筑、结构和施工模型,进行施工方案选型、结构核对、外架深化、落地式卸料平台深化、可视化交底等应用,解决了别墅外立面因造型复杂导致施工困难及外架排布困难等,相关技术应用对类似别墅结构施工优化有积极的参考意义。
This article is an example of BIM technology application based on the villa structure construction of Fuqing Longjiang Mansion Project.Using Revit software,through the establishment of architectural,structural and construction models,construction plan selection,structural verification,external frame deepening,floormounted unloading platform deepening,visual disclosure and other applications have promoted and solved the complex construction difficulties of villa facades.Problems such as the arrangement of external frames have positive reference significance for the optimization of similar villa structures.
