大层高砖混结构各阶段模块化架体集成搭设施工技术分析

摘要 某看守所为层高11.5 m砖混结构,MU15页岩砖砌筑,屋面为钢筋混凝土现浇屋面。通过此具体工程实践,提出一种大层高砖混结构满堂支模架与砌筑、抹灰、安装操作架及转料平台一体化施工的架体搭设技术。工程实际表明,此类大层高砖混结构架体工程量大,待砌筑完成再进行屋面现浇楼板浇筑,如重复搭设操作架及支模架,施工十分不便。本施工工艺正是在大层高砖混结构这一客观背景下提出的,具有工期短、检测方便、质量有保障、施工安全系数高、经济效益较好等多方面优势。 A detention center is a 11.5 m high brick concrete structure,MU15 shale brick masonry,and the roof is a reinforced concrete cast-in-situ roof.Through this specific engineering practice,a kind of frame erection technology for the integrated construction of full hall formwork support and masonry,plastering,installation of operating frame and transfer platform of large storey brick concrete structure is proposed.The engineering practice shows that the work amount of this kind of large storey high brick concrete structure frame is large,and the roof cast-in-situ floor slab can be poured after the masonry is completed.If the operation frame and formwork support are repeatedly erected,the construction is very inconvenient.This construction technology is proposed under the objective background of large storey high brick concrete structure,which has many advantages such as short construction period,convenient detection,guaranteed quality,high construction safety coefficient,good economic benefits,etc.
