摘要
澳洲进口的某磁铁精矿产品因其全铁含量相对较低、二氧化硅含量相对较高,必须经过磁选工艺再选才可作为球团原料使用。磁铁精矿再选需要对进口物料进行事先的可选性预测,而传统矿物加工学理论如物相分析、筛分分析、磁性质分析、扫描电镜分析等对物料可选性的评价耗时费力、时效性不够、指导性不强,为此以实验数据为基础、以生产数据为指导,总结出适合在磁铁精矿再选中快速评价入选原矿可选性的一种创新方法,实践证明作为与球团配套的单一磁选工艺,该方法简单可靠、快速高效,具有一定的工业指导价值。
An imported magnetite concentrate from Australia has relatively low TFe content and relatively high SiO_(2) content,so it must be re-separated by magnetic separation before it is used as a raw material for pelletizing.The separability of imported magnetite concentrate shall be predicted in terms of magnetic separation,while traditional mineral processing theories such as phase analysis,screening analysis,magnetic property analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis,etc.are time-consuming and energy-consuming,with insufficient effectiveness and weak guidance in evaluation of the separability of the raw materials,therefore,based on experimental data and guided by production data,an innovative method suitable for rapid evaluation of separability of ROM in re-separation of magnetite concentrate was summarized.Practice has proved that this method is simple,reliable and fast as a single magnetic separation process matching pelletizing.
