摘要
带式输送机机头硐室是井工煤矿运输系统重要组成部分,是矿井水平、盘区、采煤工作面煤炭转载运输的枢纽。机头硐室多为穿岩巷道,存在坡度且断面多变、施工机械化程度仍然不高、机头硐室施工进度缓慢等制约矿井采掘接续的问题。带式输送机机头硐室创新将综掘施工工艺、设备基础开挖与砌筑施工进行衔接,并由此创造出带式输送机机头硐室快速施工一体化的系统性方法。实际应用表明,该方法充分发挥了综掘快速掘进安全、灵活的特点,极大地提升了机头硐室及设备基础形成的速度,更好地保障神东矿区煤矿生产的接续。
The chamber at belt conveyor head is an important part of the mine transportation system,and it is also the hub of coal transfer transportation at the mine levels,panel areas and working faces.The chamber at belt conveyor head is mostly a rock crossing roadway,which has many problems restricting the mining and excavation connection of the mine,such as variable gradient and section,low degree of construction mechanization,and slow construction progress.The chamber at belt conveyor head innovatively connects the fully mechanized excavation construction technology,equipment foundation excavation and masonry construction,and thus creates a systematic method of rapid construction integration of chamber at belt conveyor head.The practical application shows that this method gives full play to the safe and flexible characteristics of rapid fully mechanized excavation,greatly improves the formation speed of head chamber and equipment foundation,and better ensures the continuity of coal mine production in Shendong mining area.
