摘要
分析目前国内创伤中心及创伤体系建设中存在的问题,提出核心要素,为基层医院创伤救治领域的建设和发展助力。方法:结合作者所在医院多年创伤中心及创伤救治体系建设的经验,从管理学角度总结出“统筹管理、决策管理、流程管理、时间管理、学科管理和质控管理”6项核心要素,提出相应的解决思路,并提出“以目标为导向”的原则。结果:通过强化以6项核心要素为基础的目标管理,理清管理思路,才能建立起比较合理、可行的医院创伤救治体系。结论:明确目标,达成共识,加上科学、有力的管理手段,强化目标导向,努力克服各种困难,我国创伤救治体系和创伤中心建设会有快速的发展和全新的局面。
Objective:To analyze and discuss the existing problems in the construction of trauma centre and trauma system in China,and propose core elements to help the construction and development of trauma treatment field in grass-roots hospital.Methods:Based on the authors experience of the trauma centre and trauma treatment system construction in the hospital for many years,the six core elements of"integrated management,decision-making management,process management,time management,discipline management and quality control management"were summarized from the perspective of management,and corresponding solutions were proposed,and the principle of"goal-oriented"was put forward.Results:By strengthening the goal management based on the six core elements and clarifying the management ideas,a more reasonable and feasible hospital trauma treatment system can be established.Conclusion:With clear objectives,consensus,scientific and powerful management means,strengthened goal orientation and efforts to overcome various difficulties,Chinas trauma treatment system and trauma centre construction will have a rapid development and brand-new situation.
