羊肚菌对大强度耐力运动大鼠肝组织自由基代谢和糖储备的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Morchella Esculenta on the Liver Tissue Free Radical Metabolism and the Glucose Reserve of Rats in High-intensity Endurance Exercising

摘要 目的:研究羊肚菌对大强度耐力运动大鼠肝组织自由基代谢与糖储备的影响.方法:24只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为安静对照组、运动对照组、运动加药组.后两组在动物实验跑台上进行8周大强度耐力运动,运动加药组每日按350 mg/kg体重的剂量灌胃羊肚菌粉混悬液,而前两组灌胃同等体积蒸馏水.8周后,分别检测各组大鼠肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、MDA、血清酶GPT、血糖、肌糖原、肝糖原等指标.结果:大强度耐力运动引起大鼠肝组织抗氧化酶SOD活性下降(P<0.05),GSH-Px、CAT活性下降(P<0.01),脂质过氧化产物MDA含量和血清酶GPT活性上升(P<0.01),血糖浓度与肌糖原含量降低(P<0.01),肝糖原含量降低(P<0.05);与运动对照组相比较,补充羊肚菌使大强度耐力运动大鼠肝组织抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px活性上升(P<0.05),CAT活性上升(P<0.01),脂质过氧化产物MDA含量和血清酶GPT活性下降(P<0.01),血糖浓度、肌糖原含量上升(P<0.01),肝糖原含量上升(P<0.05).结论:补充羊肚菌可显著提高运动大鼠肝组织中抗氧化酶活性,发挥良好的清除自由基和抗氧化效果,减轻大强度耐力运动导致的大鼠肝组织脂质过氧化损伤,并有显著增强运动大鼠机体糖储备的作用. Objective:To study the effects of Morchella esculenta on the liver tissue free radical metabo⁃lism and the glucose reserve of rats in high-intensity endurance exercising.Methods:Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly and averagely divided into quiet control group,exercise control group and exercise dosing group.The latter two groups underwent 8 weeks of high intensity endurance exercising on an ani⁃mal experimental running platform.Exercise dosing group was given the suspension of Morchella esculenta powder at the daily dose of 350 mg/kg body weight,while the former two groups were given the same vol⁃ume of distilled water.After 8 weeks,the indicators of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,MDA in the liver tissues of rats,serum enzyme GPT,blood glucose,muscle glycogen and liver glycogen in each group were measured.Results:High-intensity endurance exercising caused a significant decrease in SOD activity(P<0.05),an extremely significant decrease in GSH-Px activity and in CAT activity of antioxidant enzymes in rats'liver tissues(P<0.01).An extremely significant increase in the content of lipid peroxidation product malondial⁃dehyde(MDA)and in the activity of the serum enzyme GPT(P<0.01);an extremely significant de⁃crease in the concentration of blood glucose and in the content of muscle glycogen(P<0.01);a signifi⁃cant decrease in the content of liver glycogen(P<0.05).Compared with the exercise control group,the supplementation of Morchella esculenta caused a significant increase in SOD activity and GSH-Px activity(P<0.05),an extremely increase in CAT activity of the antioxidant enzymes in rats'liver tissues(P<0.01).An extremely significant decrease in the content of lipid peroxidation product MDA and in the ac⁃tivity of serum enzyme GPT(P<0.01).An extremely significant increase in the concentration of blood glucose and in the content of muscle glycogen(P<0.01);a significant increase in the content of liver gly⁃cogen(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementation of Morchella esculenta can significantly improve the activ⁃ity of anti
