摘要
目的 研究PBL和CBL混合趣味性教学在区县级医院心电图教学中应用有效性.方法 选取2019级、2020级在首都医科大学延庆教学医院学习的首都医科大学三年制临床医学专业(山区定向、乡村医生)77名医学生为研究对象,2019级34名医学生作为传统模式教学组,2020级43名医学生为混合模式教学组.采取笔试方式对学生的理论知识、心电图阅读分析、临床技能和综合能力进行测试,并发放调查问卷,采用个人评分的方式对两种教学方法进行评估.结果 混合模式教学组医学生心电图理论课考核成绩高于传统模式教学组(P<0.05),但混合模式教学组医学生心电图综合考核成绩相较于传统模式教学组未体现出显著优势(P=0.05);教学评价方面发现混合模式教学组在提高学生理解记忆加深程度、学习兴趣提高程度、自学认知度、临床思维能力提高程度等能力方面明显优于传统模式教学组(P<0.05).结论 PBL和CBL混合趣味性教学在区县级医院心电图教学中应用效果确切,可激发学习兴趣,加深对心电图理解记忆程度,提高医学生学习心电图的积极性,促进心电图理论和综合应用能力的提升,利于医学生临床思维能力的发展,具有显著的应用有效性.
Objective To study the effectiveness of PBL and CBLmixed interesting teaching in ECG teaching in district and countylevel hospitals.Methods 77 medical students majoring in three-year clinical medicine(mountain orientation and rural doctors)of Capital Medical University in 2019 and 2020 were selected as the research object,34 medical students in 2019 were selected as the traditional mode teaching group,and 43 medical students in 2020 were selected as the mixed mode teaching group.The students'theoretical knowledge,ECG reading analysis,clinical skills and comprehensive ability were tested by written examination,and a questionnaire was issued.The two teaching methods were evaluated by personal scoring.Results The examination results of ECG theory course of medical students in the mixed mode teaching group were higher than those in the traditional mode group(P<0.05),but the comprehensive examination results of ECG of medical students in the mixed mode teaching group did not show significant advantages compared with the traditional mode group(P=0.05);in terms of teaching evaluation,it was found that the mixed mode teaching group was significantly better than the traditional mode teaching group in improving students'abilities such as deepening understanding and memory,improving learning interest,self-study awareness and improving clinical thinking ability(P<0.05).Conc lusion The application effect of PBL and CBL mixed interesting teaching in ECG teaching in district and county-level hospitals is accurate.It can stimulate learning interest,deepen the understanding and memory of ECG,improve learning enthusiasm,improve ECG theory and comprehensive application ability,conducive to the development of clinical thinking ability of medical students.It has significant application effectiveness.
