摘要
随着老龄化程度的加深,将人工智能(AI)引入护理领域的趋势会不断增强。这篇文章将基于技术的新进展探讨AI护理机器人引发的伦理问题,指出让AI护理机器人与人类合作而非替代人类的模式才是我们应当推进的正确方向。合作的技术性原则可参考AI护理机器人与人类护理者的比较优势来确定,但合作的根本伦理原则应听取关怀伦理学的建议,即确定将哪些劳动外包给AI护理机器人取决于被护理者的需求。越是被护理者的核心需求,越应该由人类护理者来满足,因为护理或照护本质上是一种人性活动,而非任务的集合,它应当以关怀的态度来完成。
With the deepening of aging,the trend of introducing artificial intelligence into the nursing fieldwill continue to increase.This article will discuss the ethical problems caused by AI nursing robots based onthe new progress of technology.It argues that the correct direction we should promote is to let AI nursing robotscooperate with humans rather than replace humans.The technical principles of cooperation can be determinedby referring to the comparative advantages of AI nursing robots and human nurses,but the fundamental ethicalprinciples of cooperation should listen to the suggestions of caring ethics,that is,determining which labor tooutsource to AI nursing robots depends on the needs of the nursing patients.The more the core needs of thenursed,the more they should be met by human nurses,because nursing or caring is essentially a human activityrather than a collection of tasks,which should be completed with a caring attitude.
