摘要
试验旨在通过体外产气法和尼龙袋法评价四翅滨藜的饲用价值。采用体外产气试验测定四翅滨藜(一年生叶、一年生全株、一年生茎、两年生叶)72 h动态产气量及72 h时发酵液的氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)含量和pH值;对4种样品进行尼龙袋试验,测定72 h干物质含量及12、24 h主要营养物质含量,计算瘤胃降解率。结果显示:相同情况下,两年生叶的营养物质含量显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05)。两年生叶72 h累计产气量最高,显著高于一年生茎(P<0.05)。各试验组72 h发酵液的NH_(3)-N浓度在134.30~165.50 mg/L,一年生茎、一年生叶和一年生全株的NH_(3)-N浓度显著低于两年生叶(P<0.05)。干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)尼龙袋降解率均表现为:两年生叶>一年生叶>一年生全株>一年生茎。研究表明,四翅滨藜营养价值较高,可作为反刍动物的饲料资源,其中以两年生叶的营养成分含量较全面。
The experiment was to evaluate the feeding value of Atriplex canescens by in vitro gas production method and nylon bag method.The in vitro gas production test was used to determine the dynamic gas production at 72 h and the ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N)content and pH value of fermentation broth at 72 h of atriplex canescens(annual leaves,annual whole plants,annual stems,and biennial leaves).The above four samples were subjected to nylon bag experiment to determine the dry matter content at 72 h and main nutrient content at 12 and 24 h,and the rumen degradation rate was calculated.The results showed that under the same conditions,the nutrient content of biennial leaves was significantly higher than that of other experimental groups(P<0.05).The concentration of NH_(3)-N in 72 h fermentation broth ranged from 134.30 to 165.50 mg/L,the annual stems,annual leaves and annual whole plants were significantly lower than those of two-year leaves(P<0.05).The degradation rates of DM,CP,EE,NDF and ADF nylon bags were as follows:Biennial leaves>annual leaves>annual whole plants>annual stems.The study indicates that Atriplex canescens has high nutritional value,which can be used as feed resources for ruminants,the nutrient content of biennial leaves is more comprehensive.
