BacT/ALERT 3D微生物培养系统应用于无菌试验的回顾性分析

摘要 目的:对2018-2020年使用BacT/ALERT 3D微生物培养系统进行无菌试验样本进行回顾性分析,特别是对假阳性和假阴性样本的具体分析,提高细菌检测能力。方法:按常规检测方法、仪器设备和试剂,对质控抽检样本、中国国际输血感染预防和控制(CITIC)样本进行检测,对检测结果进行分析和比较。结果:2018-2020年细菌检测共出现假阳性3例,假阴性6例,CITIC总体符合率为90.91%,阳性标本检出时间SDI优秀率为83.33%,假阳性原因为仪器使用方面、人为污染等,假阴性主要为低浓度细菌未检出。结论:保障血液安全非常重要,特别是输血不良反应的及时反馈,如果能够利用互联网模式,建立血站与医院之间的信息系统共享,将会有效提高采供血工作效率。 Objective:To analyze retrospectively the results of sterility test samples using BacT/ALERT 3D microbial culture system from 2018 to 2020,specifically analyze false positive sample and false negative samples,and improve the ability to detect bacteria.Methods:According to the routine testing methods,instruments and reagents,the quality control sampling samples and China International Transfusion Infection Control(CITIC)samples were tested,the test results were analyzed and compared.Results:There were 3 false positive cases and 6 false negative cases in bacterial detection from 2018 to 2020,the overall coincidence rate of CITIC was 90.91%,and the excellent rate of SDI in the positive sample detection time was 83.33%.The causes of false positive were the use of the instruments and human pollution,the causes of false negative were mainly that low concentration of bacteria was not detected.Conclusion:It is very important to ensure blood safety,especially the timely feedback of adverse reactions associated with blood transfusion,if the Internet mode can be used to establish information system sharing between blood stations and hospitals,it will effectively improve the efficiency of blood collection and supply.
