摘要
目的:分析噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2022年2月北京市大兴区采育镇中心卫生院收治的30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,入组前患者接受基础治疗与布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,入组后在入组前基础上联合噻托溴铵治疗,分析联合治疗前后效果差异。结果:联合治疗后,30例患者总满意率、总依从率高、治疗总有效率均高于联合治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果显著,可提高患者依从性及满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide and formoterol fumarate in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Thirty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the Central Health Center of Caiyu Town in Daxing District of Beijing from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Before enrollment,the patients received basic treatment and budesonide and formoterol fumarate treatment.After enrollment,the patients were treated with tiotropium bromide on the basis of the treatment before enrollment.The effect difference before and after the combined treatment was analyzed.Results:After combined treatment,the total satisfaction rate,total compliance rate and total effective rate of 30 patients were higher than those before combined treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide and formoterol fumarate in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is significant,which can improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
