摘要
本文从嵌入视角出发,描述M社工站入驻社区以后开展的一系列服务过程。在政府购买社会工作服务项目的背景下,社工站社工进入社区与各方建立关系,并对社区居民的需求和问题进行深入评估,在此基础上社工站设计服务计划开始介入。首先从较为容易入手的儿童群体开展常规服务,搭建社区社会支持网络。儿童服务取得一定成效后,社工站逐渐扩宽服务领域,由儿童群体扩展到其家长,如妇女和老人群体,打造熟人社区。在此过程中,社工站逐渐扎根社区,并与社区居民以及各部门成功建立信任关系,之后便开始着手引导社区居民培养志愿服务意识,参与社区基层治理。最后对社工站之后的发展路径进行规划和探讨。研究聚焦于社会工作者在服务过程中面对不同情况的种种选择、解决方式以及对工作过程的思考。从项目嵌入的角度分析服务过程中存在的问题及反思,并对社工站建设的模式进行总结,探索本土化社工站的发展路径。
From the perspective of embedding,this paper describes a series of service processes carried out by social work station after its settlement in the community.In the context of government purchasing social work service projects,social workers in social work stations enter the community to establish relationships with all parties,and conduct in-depth assessment of the needs and problems of community residents,on the basis of which social work stations design service plans to intervene.Firstly,routine services should be carried out for children who are easy to start with,and a community social support network should be built.After achieving certain results in children's services,the social work station gradually expanded its service areas from children to their parents,such as women and the elderly,and created a community of acquaintances.In this process,the social work station gradually took root in the community and successfully established a trust relationship with community residents and various departments.After that,it began to guide community residents to develop a sense of volunteer service and participate in community grass roots governance.Finally,the development path of the social work station was planned and discussed.The research focuses on social workers'choices,solutions and reflections on the work process in the face of different situations.From the perspective of project embedding,this paper analyzes the existing problems and reflections in the service process,summarizes the model of social work station construction,and explores the development path of localized social work station.
