摘要
随着企业规模不断壮大,财务问题日渐突出,这就需要创新财务管理方式,才能保障财务分析有效性,避免企业出现财务风险。近些年,哈佛分析框架在企业财务分析中应用重要性日益突出,哈佛分析框架能针对企业财务问题展开全方位研究,并且针对企业财务工作前景进行进一步研究。鉴于此,文章便以企业财务分析实践为切入点,针对企业财务分析中使用哈佛分析框架的优势加以阐述,并提出了通过哈佛分析框架展开财务分析的方法,仅供参考。
As the scale of the company continues to grow,the financial problems become more and more prominent,which require innovations in financial management.Only in this way could the financial analysis be effective and avoid financial risks in the company.In recent years,the importance of Harvard's analysis in the financial analysis of enterprises has become increasingly outstanding.It can carry out a comprehensive study on the financial problems of enterprises,and further study the future of the financial work of enterprises.In view of this,the article takes the practice of enterprise financial analysis as the entry point,and explains the advantages of using the Harvard analysis frame in the financial analysis.It also puts forward the method of financial analysis through the Harvard analysis frame,which is only for reference.
