摘要
综述了儿童动脉穿刺疼痛管理的研究进展,干预方法包括药物干预如局部麻醉剂的使用,非药物干预方法如冷冻疗法、分散注意力、非营养性吸吮及使用甜味剂、袋鼠式护理、按摩等方法,以及穿刺技术的革新如超声引导穿刺等技术,总结了儿童动脉穿刺疼痛管理中存在的问题,提出了未来研究的方向与趋势,为儿童动脉穿刺疼痛临床管理实践提供依据。
This paper reviews the research progress of arterial puncture related pain management in children,intervention methods include pharmacological interventions such as the use of local anesthetics;non-pharmaceutical interventions such as cryotherapy,distraction,non-nutritional sucking and using sweeteners,kangaroo care,massage,and other techniques,as well as innovations in puncture technology such as ultrasound-guided puncture,summarizes the existing problems of children artery puncture related pain management,puts forward the future research direction and trend,to provide a reference for standardizing the pain management practice of arterial puncture in children.
