摘要
目的分析沟通技巧在小儿门诊输液室的应用价值。方法选择2019年8月至2020年1月本院小儿门诊输液室患儿100例,将这100例小儿按照护理方式不同分组,分成对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组小儿门诊输液患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿则加强沟通技巧,采用正确的沟通技巧。将两组患儿家属的护理满意度、患儿治疗依从性、护理质量进行比较,并记录护患纠纷发生情况。结果与对照组输液患儿家属护理满意度相比较,观察组家属护理满意度评分为(93.06±3.50)分,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患儿治疗依从性评分高于对照组患儿,P<0.05。观察组护患纠纷发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的18.00%,数据对比,P<0.05。观察组患儿环境舒适度评分为(8.55±1.02)分、个人隐私保密度评分为(8.48±1.23)分、流程通畅度评分为(8.14±0.85)分、项目宣教评分为(8.66±1.11)分以及总分为(38.64±1.26)分,均高于对照组,组间数据比较,P<0.05。结论在小儿门诊输液室加强沟通技巧,有助于提高患儿护理满意度,提高患儿治疗依从性,降低护患纠纷发生率,对患儿的治疗具有积极的意义。
Objective To analyze the application value of communication skills in infusion room of pediatric outpatient department.Methods From August 2019 to January 2020,100 children in the infusion room of the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital were selected.The 100 children were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in one group.The children in the control group received routine nursing,while the children in the observation group strengthened communication skills and adopted correct communication skills.The nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance and nursing quality of the family members of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes was recorded and analyzed.Results Compared with the nursing satisfaction of family members of infusion children in the control group,the nursing satisfaction score of family members in the observation group was(93.06±3.50)points,which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance score of children in the observation group was also higher than that of children in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of nurse patient disputes in the observation group was 4.00%,significantly lower than 18.00%in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of environmental comfort(8.55±1.02),personal privacy density(8.48±1.23),flow patency(8.14±0.85),project publicity and Education(8.66±1.11)and total score(38.64±1.26)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Strengthening communication skills in infusion room of pediatric outpatient clinic is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction,improve treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes.
