摘要
上海农村生活污水治理已达90%以上,对上海水环境质量和人居环境质量的改善发挥了重要作用。但因受制于农村生活污水的水质水量特征、建设标准、工艺选择以及运维管理等多方面因素,部分设施存在运行状况不稳定和出水水质达标排放困难等问题。为支撑落实《上海市农村生活污水治理提标增效行动方案(2021—2025年)》,对农村生活污水治理中规划与设计环节、施工与验收环节、运维与管理环节存在的问题进行了梳理,提出了针对性较强的对策措施,形成了保障本轮上海农村生活污水治理提质增效工作的技术要点。
The treatment rate of the rural domestic sewage in Shanghai has reached more than 90%,which has played an important role in improving the quality of water environment and human settlements in Shanghai.However,limited by the characteristics of water quality and quantity of rural domestic sewage,construction standards,process selection,operation and maintenance management and other factors,some facilities are in the unstable operation and difficult to meet the effluent quality standards.In order to support and implement Shanghai Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Standard Upgrading and Efficiency Increment Scheme(2021-2025),the problems existing in the planning and design part,the construction and accepting check part,and the operation,maintenance and management part in the treatment of the rural domestic sewage are sorted out.The powerfully targeted countermeasures and measures are put forward to form the technological essentials of guaranteeing the quality upgrading and efficiency increment work in the epicycle of rural domestic sewage treatment in Shanghai.
