摘要
为降低超高车辆撞击城市桥梁上部结构造成的损伤,提出薄壁钢管防护装置、泡沫铝材防护装置、PVA-UHTCC复合材料-薄钢管防护装置,并采用有限元仿真技术,分析了不同防护装置对被撞主梁结构的防护效果。结果表明,这3种防护装置可以有效降低车辆撞击下被撞梁体的塑性损伤程度,同时泡沫铝材和PVA-UHTCC复合材料-薄钢管两种防护装置在车辆撞击下的损伤变形较小,可以达到反复利用的效果,能够为桥梁结构的工程防护设计提供参考。
In order to reduce the damage caused by over-height vehicles hitting the superstructure of urban bridges,the protective devices of thin-wall steel tube,foam aluminium product and PVA-UHTCC material-thin steel tube are proposed.And the finite element simulation technology is used to analyze the protective effects of the different protective devices on the hit structure of the main girder.The result shows that these three protective devices can efficiently reduce the plasticity damage degree of the hit bridge from the vehicle impact.At the same time,the two protective devices of foam aluminium product and PVA-UHTCC material-thin steel tube can make the damage deformation smaller from the vehicle impact,which can archive the effect of repeated utilization and can provide the reference for the engineering protection design of the similar bridge structures.
