摘要
为了观察新疆和田羊皮肤附属器结构,分析皮肤毛囊附属器的结构特点,探究雄激素受体(AR)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)两种雄激素相关蛋白在皮肤中的表达,试验采用Masson染色、SACPIC染色及PAS染色技术对和田羊皮肤显微结构和特性进行研究,用免疫组织化学技术探究了AR及SHBG两种雄激素相关蛋白在和田羊皮肤中的分布情况。结果表明:和田羊皮肤结构完整,包含毛囊、皮脂腺和立毛肌等皮肤附属器。初级毛囊周围排布有皮脂腺,皮脂腺和立毛肌数量较多。在毛囊和汗腺的腺细胞胞质中存在大量糖原物质,在立毛肌和皮脂腺的腺细胞胞质中存在微量糖原物质;AR、SHBG两种雄激素相关蛋白在和田羊初级毛囊和次级毛囊中呈阳性表达。说明正常成年母和田羊皮肤附属器结构完整并可分泌糖原,在皮肤中存在雄激素相关蛋白AR和SHBG。
In order to observe the structure of skin appendages of Xinjiang Hetian sheep, analyze the structural characteristics of skin hair follicle appendages and explore the expression of androgen receptor(AR) and sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG) in skin, Masson staining, SACPIC staining and PAS staining were used to study the microstructure and characteristics of Hetian sheep skin. The distribution of AR and SHBG in the skin of Hotan sheep was investigated by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the skin structure of Hetian sheep was complete, including hair follicles, sebaceous glands, bristles and skin appendages. Sebaceous glands were arranged around the primary hair follicles, and there were many sebaceous glands and bristles. There were a lot of glycogen substances in the cytoplasm of glandular cells of hair follicles and sweat glands, and a small amount of glycogen substances in the cytoplasm of glandular cells of bristles and sebaceous glands. AR and SHBG were positively expressed in primary hair follicles and secondary hair follicles of Hetian Sheep. It indicated that the skin appendages of normal adult female Hetian sheep had complete structure and could secrete glycogen, and there were androgen related proteins AR and SHBG in the skin.
