黏土型锂矿硫酸铵焙烧—酸浸提锂 被引量:6

Extraction of Lithium by Adding Ammonium Sulfate Roasting-Acid Leaching from Clay-type Lithium Ore

摘要 随着新能源的迅速发展,对锂的需求量日益增加。黏土型锂矿由于储量大、开发晚,未来将成为我国锂的主要来源之一。以贵州某黏土型锂矿为原料,采用硫酸铵焙烧-酸浸方法进行提锂。结果表明,在硫酸铵用量50%、焙烧温度400℃、焙烧时间120 min、4%硫酸作浸出剂、液固比4∶1、浸出时间120 min的条件下,锂的浸出率达到90.90%。通过焙烧,硫酸铵与锂绿泥石中的Al^(3+)发生反应生成硫酸铝铵,破坏了锂绿泥石的晶格结构进而将锂释放出来,生成可溶性的硫酸锂,利于后续浸出。 With the rapid development of new energy sources,the demand for lithium is increasing.Clay-type lithium ore has large reserves and late development,and becomes one of the main sources of lithium resources in China.The roasting-acid leaching method with ammonium sulfate is used to extract lithium from clay-type lithium ore in a certain place,Guizhou province.The results show that the leaching of lithium reaches to to 90.90%under the conditions of ammonium sulfate dosage of 50%,roasting temperature 400℃,roasting time for 120 min,4%sulfuric acid as leaching agent,liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1,and leaching time of 120min.Through the reaction between ammonium sulfate and Al^(3+) in cookeite,ammonium aluminum sulfate is formed,which destroys the lattice structure of cookeite releases lithium.Soluble lithium sulfate is generated,which is beneficial to subsequent leaching.
