7种柽柳属植物对NaCl胁迫的生长生理响应与耐盐性差异 被引量:6

摘要 为探究不同柽柳属植物对盐胁迫的生长生理响应及耐盐性差异,并为盐渍土地区绿化栽培和耐盐育种提供科学依据,本试验以7种柽柳属植物幼苗为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl(0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%和1.5%)胁迫对叶片的鲜干重、含水量(RWC)、质膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、K^(+)含量、Na^(+)含量及株高的影响,并选取主成分分析、隶属函数分析及逐步回归分析方法对7种柽柳属植物耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度增加,7种柽柳属植物生长均受到抑制,其整体株高及叶片的鲜干重、RWC、SOD活性和CAT活性呈先上升后下降趋势;叶片质膜透性、Na^(+)含量及Na^(+)/K^(+)值呈上升趋势;叶片K^(+)含量呈下降趋势。综合评价得出,7种柽柳属植物耐盐性由强到弱依次为甘蒙柽柳、多枝柽柳、白花柽柳、甘肃柽柳、长穗柽柳、密花柽柳和刚毛柽柳。7种柽柳属植物耐盐性预测最优回归方程为Y=0.572X_(6)-0.366X_(7)+0.098X_(10)-0.103。其中甘蒙柽柳和多枝柽柳耐盐能力最强,可优先作为滨海盐碱地造林绿化树种或抗逆育种的主要材料。Na^(+)含量、K^(+)含量和CAT活性可以作为评价柽柳苗期耐盐性的主要单项指标。 This study was aimed to explore the growth and physiological response of different Tamarix Linn.species to salt stress and their salt tolerance difference,and provide scientific bases for greening cultivation and salt tolerant breeding in saline-alkali areas.The seedlings of seven species of Tamarix were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different concentrations(0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%and 1.5%)of NaCl stress on leaf fresh and dry weights,water content(RWC),membrane permeability,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,K^(+)content,Na^(+)content and plant height.Principal component analysis,membership function analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of the seven species of Tamarix.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the growth of the seven Tamarix species was inhibited.The plant height,fresh and dry weights,RWC,SOD and CAT activities of leaves increased first and then decreased,and the membrane permeability,Na^(+)content and Na^(+)/K^(+)value of leaves increased gradually,while the K^(+)content decreased gradually.Comprehensive evaluation results were as follows.The salt tolerance of the seven Tamarix species from strong to weak was Tamarix austromongolica Nakai,Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb.,Tamarix androssowii Litw.,Tamarix gansuensis H.Z.Zhang,Tamarix elongata Ledeb.,Tamarix arceuthoides Bunge and Tamarix hispida Willd.The optimal regression equation for predicting salt tolerance of the seven Tamarix species was Y=0.572 X_(6)-0.366 X_(7)+0.098 X_(10)-0.103.Among them,Tamarix austromongolica and Tamarix ramosissima had the strongest salt tolerance,so they could be used as the main materials for afforestation of saline-alkali land in coastal areas or breeding varieties with stress resistance.Na^(+) content,K^(+) content and CAT activity could be used as the main single indicator to evaluate salt tolerance of Tamarix at seedling stage.
