摘要
通过对黑龙江省小麦种植面积、产量、优质品种、市场价格和成本、收益等进行多角度分析,总结了黑龙江省小麦产业发展存在的问题,包括缺乏补贴及政策支持,小麦种植面积逐年下降;加工企业拉力有限,强筋小麦优势难以发挥;地域生态环境条件,影响小麦的产量和质量。在此基础上,提出了小麦产业发展的对策:争取补贴政策支持,推动小麦产业发展;做大做强小麦加工企业,打造绿色优质面粉品牌;完善基础设施,解决春季“掐脖旱”。
Through the multi-angle analysis of wheat planting area,yield,high-quality varieties,market price,cost and income in Heilongjiang province,the problems of wheat industry development in Heilongjiang Province were summarized,including the lack of subsidies and policy support,and the wheat planting area declined year by year.The strength of strong gluten wheat is limited in processing enterprises.Regional ecological environment conditions affect wheat yield and quality.On this basis,the countermeasures of wheat industry development were put forward:striving for subsidy policy support to promote the development of wheat industry;make wheat processing enterprises bigger and stronger,build green and high-quality flour brand;improving infrastructure to solve Spring Drought.
