摘要 目前,装配式建筑取得了较快发展。然而,由于相关技术规范与工艺不完善,使得预制部件的生产环节还存在许多问题,从而严重地影响了产品的质量。如何对生产阶段进行科学的质量评价,构建系统、合理的装配式建筑部件质量评价体系是首要解决的问题。以装配式建筑部件质量为对象,首先构建了3个一级指标及15个二级指标的评价指标体系,在此基础上采用解释结构模型(ISM)方进一步对评价指标体系结构化。最终得到8个表层指标、6个中间层指标、1个根本层指标的评价体系。并发现,生产技术人员的专业素养是决定装配式部件质量的根本性要素,而部件的加工质量和质量检验将直接决定部件质量。研究成果为科学评价预制部件质量提供参考,进而促进装配式建筑部件生产质量的不断提高。 At present,prefabricated buildings have achieved rapid development.However,due to the imperfection of relevant technical specifications and processes,there are still many problems in the production of prefabricated parts,which seriously affect the quality of prod‐ucts.How to carry out scientific quality evaluation in the production stage and build a systematic and reasonable quality evaluation system for prefabricated building components is the first problem to be solved.In this paper,the quality of prefabricated building components is tak‐en as the object.At first,the evaluation index system of 3 first level indicators and 15 second level indicators is constructed.On this basis,the interpretive structural model(ISM)is used to further structure the evaluation index system.Finally,the evaluation system of 8 surface in‐dicators,6 intermediate indicators and 1 fundamental indicator is obtained.It is found that the professional quality of production technicians is the fundamental factor that determines the quality of assembled parts,and the processing quality and quality inspection of parts will direct‐ly determine the quality of parts.The research results provide a reference for scientific evaluation of the quality of prefabricated components,and further promote the continuous improvement of the production quality of prefabricated building components.
