摘要
为实现降本增效,基于某62000 t纸浆船,对船舶建造中应用的新工艺、新技术进行阐述,探讨提高建造效率、实现智能制造、降低建造成本的方法。研究成果表明:新工艺和新技术的应用可有效简化工序,控制成本。研究成果可为船舶智能制造提供一定参考。
In order to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,based on a 62000 t pulp ship,the new process and technology applied in ship construction are described,and the methods to improve construction efficiency,realize intelligent manufacturing and reduce construction cost are discussed.The research results show that the application of new processes and technologies can effectively simplify the process and control the cost.The research results can provide some references for ship intelligent manufacturing.
