摘要 基于Moldflow软件对汽车双色开关面板进行仿真研究,选定外壳体积收缩率为单目标优化,内壳体积收缩率和整体翘曲变形量为多目标优化,结合主成分分析、灰色关联度和优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)来确定灰色相对贴近度,得出最优工艺参数组合和各因素影响程度。综合得出优化后的外壳体积收缩率为9.95%,内壳体积收缩率为2.827%,整体翘曲变形量为2.279 mm,为实际双色注塑成型提供了重要依据且达到了优化目的。 Based on Moldflow software for simulation research on automobile two-color switch panel,the shell volume shrinkage rate was selected as single objective optimization,and the inner shell volume shrinkage rate and the overall warping deformation were selected as multi-objective optimization.Combined with principal component analysis,grey relational degree and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),the grey relative closeness degree was determined,and the optimal process parameter combination and the influence degree of each factor were obtained.The optimized shell volume shrinkage rate is 9.95%,the inner shell volume shrinkage rate is 2.827%,and the overall warping deformation is 2.279 mm.It provides an important basis for the actual two-color injection molding and achieves the optimization purpose.
